They are currently in search of a Java Software Engineer to become part of their evolving leading role as a financial innovation hub in Greece.

Mission:

As a Java Software Engineer, you will join the Software Development team and participate in the development of web applications. Your mission is to support development in implementing new features both in the front end and back end, as well as maintaining existing software applications. The primary technologies used will be Java (Java 17, Spring Boot), React.js, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the applications assigned, based on the technical specifications.
• Conduct technical tests, ensuring both the satisfaction of the technical specifications and the operation's efficiency and quality.
• Maintain the suggested improvements in the software, while dealing with any problems that may arise.
• Maintain the technical documentation of the products.
• May be assigned to maintain and support part of off-the-shelf application software packages.
• Support both internal and external "users" of the software

Requirements

Must Have

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.

• 5+ years of development experience in the Java stack. 

• For back-end development, working experience in Java, Spring framework, Spring Boot and SQL.
• For front-end development, knowledge of Javascript, React.js, HTML, CSS and web-related technologies. 

• Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
