Junior Accountant

Main Role:

• Preparation of the daily cash flow reports for banks.
• Prepare banks and PSP reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting books and records on a daily basis and ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Performing customers, vendors, and intercompany reconciliations for small and medium-sized companies.
• Being able to undertake ad-hoc requests from seniors/supervisors.
• Having a good understanding and making good use of the various available tools.
• Good communication and collaboration with other departments.
• Ensuring that internal/external deadlines are met.

Candidate Profile:

• LCCI Higher Diploma or University Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry will be considered as an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
• Fluency in the English language, oral and written.
• Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.
