Junior Accountant

This Junior Accountant role is not your run-of-the-mill accounting job – it's complex, full of projects and no day is ever the same.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and completeness
• Maintenance of all accounting sub-ledgers including Accounts receivables & Accounts Payable.

Accounts Payable:

• Posting non-trade AP invoices to SAP
• Reconciling AP accounts
• Reconciling trade AP accounts

Banks:

• Posting bank entries in multiple currencies
• Reconciling daily / monthly bank statements

Accounts Receivable:

• Posting or Trade and non-trade AR invoices to SAP
• Reconciling AR Accounts

Requirements

Your Skills and Experience:

• A University finance or accounting degree or equivalent educational background
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant financial accounting experience
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Desire to improve accounting and reporting processes
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit and experience in a global environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), German considered as an advantage
