Junior Accounting Associate (Aspropyrgos)

ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of a leading Logistics company, providing courier services, parcel delivery, and express mail, is seeking to recruit a Junior Accounting Associate .

📌 Location: Aspropyrgos (Provision of transportation to and from the suburban railway station)

📍 Working Model: On Premises

⏰ Working Hours : Monday – Friday 09:00-17:30

What you will do:

• Booking of invoices
• Reconciliation of data entries between different systems
• Review of My Data entries and process of corrections if required
• Reconciliation of My Data entries versus vendors’ uploaded transactions
• Control of data in My Data platform and reconciliation with tax submissions
• Support daily operations of accounting department
• Reconciliation of revenue entries between different systems
• Support in audits and Month and Year-end closing procedures and reconciliation
• Participating in ad-hoc projects and tasks

What we are looking for :

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience in a similar position within an organized accounting department is desirable (profiles without experience will also be considered)
• Computer use competency (MS Office, ERP – SoftOne ERP experience will be considered an asset)
• Fluency in English
• Accountability, accuracy and ownership
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork spirit
