Junior Brand Manager

Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and creative professional for the position of Junior Brand Manager . The role reports to the Senior Brand Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in the brand management activities of Terra Creta brand i.e., support the development of new product launches/relaunches, prepare briefs and monitor the development of label artwork, contribute to the design of consumer research and communication plans

• Monitor and analyze brand performance, initiatives’ deliverables, assess ROI and KPIs and propose corrective plans when required

• Prepare and monitor development of activations and promotional material

• Partner daily with internal (Sales, Finance, R&D) and external (creative, market research and PR agencies etc.) stakeholders to facilitate successful product launches and brand activations

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to define product range development opportunities

• Track market shares, conduct a competitive analysis and be responsible for the P&L of allocated brands

• Coordinate the activities carried out by external suppliers (mockups, artworks, social media channels)

• Participate in the New Product Development (NPD) process, evaluate the current range and propose ideas for its improvement

• Prepare and participate in sponsored corporate events (sport sponsorships, CSR initiatives, press releases etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or any relevant field

• Master’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field will be considered an asset

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience ideally in a FMCG environment

• Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal & written)

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a way that is accessible to everyone

• Ability to multitask – work on tight deadlines, handle multiple priorities at once

• Social media savvy

• Team player

• Experience in analyzing market data will be considered an asset

• Attention-to-detail and results-oriented

• Commercial acumen, analytical and synthetical skills partnered with a creative mindset

• Familiarity with SAP is considered a plus
