Junior Complaints Resolution Officer

IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010.

Job Description:

• Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company
• Handling, investigating and resolving customers' complaints within given time frames, in liaison with the relevant internal teams
• Obtaining necessary information/updates from other departments regarding the resolution of the complaints
• Acting as point of contact for complaints and escalating issues internally as appropriate
• Presenting detailed summaries of complaints to the Head of the Department
• Negotiating suitable resolutions to customers’ complaints if needed
• Providing complaints-related reports upon request
• Communicating with customers via email, phone call, and letters to follow up regarding their supporting documents, dispute outcome and status  

Person Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1–2 years previous experience in a similar role (Customer Support or Complaints) is preferred
• Previous experience within the FX/ Financial services sector is a must
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Fluency in any other language will be considered as an advantage
