Junior Digital Designer (7619)

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Digital Designer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Junior Digital Designer you will play an integral role in the development and delivery of the brands creative output, working closely with the Design Team, the Creative Lead and internal copywriters. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Web or Graphic Design or another closely related field, who possess approximately 2 years of experience designing, building and producing digital static and animated display and social banners, banner-flow webpages & banners within a fast-paced design studio environment. You will need to have strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Proactively generate ideas for the brand, visualize and present to the wider team.
• Design and build animated display banner campaigns using Adobe Animate/ Banner-flow.
• Design static website hero banners, animated/static programmatic display banners, CRM banners, web landing pages and after effect animations for social media digital banners.
• Design creative in print work (branded merchandise, direct mailers etc).
• Have a basic understanding of UX/UI design principals.
• Have basic understanding to edit / resize MP4 video/ audio.
• Collaborate with team members as a designer.
• Pragmatically approach projects to ensure both creative and business needs are met.
• Presenting of ideas internally.
• Regularly collaborate with marketing/social media department.
• Keeping Project management team well briefed on current timings, status and potential issues.
• Follow the company's brand guidelines.
• Present to management.
• Attend meetings.
• Produce internal and social media promotional materials.

Key Skills/Experience:  

• Degree or certification in Web or Graphic Design, or another relevant field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Portfolio of completed design projects (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Animate, IndesignFigma).
• Experience using Banner-flow would be an advantage
• Basic experience in working with videos and animations.
• Have a basic understanding of UX/UI design principals and HTML5.
• Experience working within agile project management (JIRA) will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to adapt the creatives based on brand guidelines and between different audiences.
• Have a great eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management and communication skills
• Brilliant communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good knowledge of English (oral and written).
