Betathlon LTD is seeking to recruit a  Junior IT Assistant. The perfect candidate will have legal driver license, will be a great communicator and interested in learning and using all the latest hardware technology.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cover all aspects of a business's IT: Networks, hardware & software knowledge, Printers.
• Collecting detailed information and analyzing, performing thorough analysis and resolving issues.
• Logging, escalating and resolving support tickets.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
• Floor-walking and Lifting of equipment.
• Deliver equipment to associates across different towns of Cyprus.
• Warehouse Management.

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
• Betting knowledge/experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Technical experience or a passion for IT.
• Exceptional customer facing and communication skills.
• The ability to communicate with all levels of an organisation.
• Well presented.
• Self-directed and a motivated self-starter.
• The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently.
• Occasional travel through the towns of Cyprus.

Important Information:

• Working Hours: Full Time, 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
• Salary Information: Subject to experience
• Office Location: Makedonitissa, Nicosia
