Junior Lawyer (Spanish Speaker)

The Role:

• Reviewing, amending, and commenting on various types of agreements and legal/corporate documents.
• Working closely with other departments within the company to provide ongoing coverage of legal aspects including coordinating the business on legal matters.
• Assist in managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research, review relevant regulatory and statutory changes across the EU, UK and other jurisdictions as required and if relevant, advise impact to business.
• Support the legal team in various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Studies and/or experience in one or more of commercial, cyber, securities, banking, or payments law is a mandatory requirement
• Fluent in English and Spanish both written and verbal
• 1-2 years as a practicing lawyer
• You will need to be hands on in carrying out legal work
• Ability to handle large workload with competing priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of payments industry will be considered as an advantage
• A thorough approach to work and attention to details
