Junior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Creating and posting advertisements to attract suitable candidates (line personnel)
• Source potential candidates through online channels (job portals, social networks)
• Review and screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial online interview to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Formation of personnel reserve
• Achieving goals and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Recruiter position
• Experience with mass recruitment, excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (ATS), such as PeopleForce and etc
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity
• English at B2 level (Greek and Russian is a plus)
