Key Account Manager

Optimal on behalf of The LEGO Group is collecting CVs for a of Key Account Manager based in Athens, Greece.

This position will reinforce Sales Department in Athens Greece office, being a member of TIGR CAT (Turkey, Israel, Greece and Caucasus Asian Territories) with responsible markets Greece, Cyprus, Malta and Gibraltar.

This significant will be reporting directly to Upper Management, and is based in Athens, Greece where they operate through third party partner. This office has a team of sales and marketing professionals, fully dedicated to the LEGO brand.



Core Responsibilities:

• End to End Account Responsibility for a number of customers in Physical Retail Channel, Wholesale Channel, and Ecommerce Channel
• Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your Key Accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting retail client relationships
• Facilitate cross‐selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with clients to help them develop an effective e-commerce strategy & take initiative to maximize profitability through their online presence.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop a concrete omnichannel sales strategy for your accounts

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
• Solid Knowledge of the e-commerce and omni channel business
• Hands-on experience in e-Commerce ideally from a premium consumer/retail brand will be considered a plus
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Proven ability to juggle multiple Key account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of the English language 
• Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity in changing environments & negotiation/influence skills
• Team player, self-motivated, flexible and open to change
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about the brand
• Proactive, autonomous, and open personality
