Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships.
Job Description
•    Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•    Create and implement account plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
•    Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to meet and exceed sales targets.
•    Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of key clients.
•    Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.
•    Prepare regular reports on account status, sales metrics, and forecasts for senior management.
Candidate Profile
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Administration, or a related field
•    Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
•    Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
•    Familiarity with Services is advantageous
