Sprechen Sie Deutsch? Are you a fluent German speaker with good knowledge of the English language? Would you be interested in working in the industry of travel services & provide excellent customer support?

This is a full-time job opportunity for fluent German speakers, based in Athens.

In this role you will have the chance to serve the German-speaking clients of one of the best ranked luxury airlines companies in the world as a passenger handling agent.

The responsibilities for this German airline service agent role include: 

• act as the first point of contact for all German speaking passengers
• respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls or emails regarding bookings, complains, information requests regarding itinerary, prices, flight rules.
• maintain solid customer relationships with German customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
• troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Qualifications

The qualifications for this German airline service agent role are:

• An excellent level of the German language
• A good level of the English language
• PC literacy
• A degree can be a plus
