We are seeking a meticulous and proactive KYC (Know Your Customer) Specialist to take charge of the KYC process for sports clubs on our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the identity and legitimacy of our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting both our sales and support teams

Requirements

• Experience:  Previous experience in a KYC, compliance, or similar role, preferably within a financial services or online payments environment.

• Knowledge: Understanding of KYC regulations and requirements.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting both sales and support teams.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools and platforms for document verification and record-keeping.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Greek is required . Spanish or German will be considered as a plus.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell myTeam online payments to existing clients (Sports Clubs) of our platform.
• KYC Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end KYC process for sports clubs, including the collection, verification, and validation of required documents.
• Compliance: Ensure all KYC processes comply with relevant regulations and internal policies to mitigate risk.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to streamline KYC procedures and provide necessary assistance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC activities and client interactions.
• Customer Support: Assist sports clubs with any KYC-related inquiries, providing clear and professional guidance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the KYC process and implement best practices.
