Legal Counsel

We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel with strong sense of commercial understanding, and business orientation, able support Mirum team in all the range its legal procedures and requirements.

You will be responsible to assist in the organization, planning and management of the Company's affairs, implementing legal investigations, collecting and managing data, analysing applicable legislation as well as providing legal expertise on the full range of the company’s legal documentation, contractual obligations and agreements with third parties. You will participate in establishing proved partnerships with clients, staff and attorneys, and in maintaining effective working relationships.

Requirements

• Editing legal documents, requests, memoranda, and summaries

• Organizing and archiving of the necessary data
• Implementing analysis, reporting of files, cases and formulating conclusions and proposals
• Searching and analyzing decisions, laws and in general applicable legislation.
• Supporting meetings with clients and third parties, organizing legal correspondence and legal documentation exchange.
• Preparing cases and coordinating meetings with clients.
• In general, supporting all the life cycle of real estate project development.

Εxperience & Qualifications:

• University degree in Law.
• 3 and more years of proven experience in structuring, drafting, and reviewing commercial, construction, and real estate development contracts; experience in providing legal support to the construction area and real estate development projects, examination of properties about specific building uses; preparation of legal opinions on several issues in connection with real estate transactions.
• Proven ability in Commercial, Contract and Corporate Law.
• A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in legal English & Greek both verbal and written; ability to draft contracts in English.
