About Us: Coral Beach Hotel is a luxurious beachfront destination known for its exceptional service, stunning views, and world-class amenities. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lien Keeper to join our team and help maintain the high standards of our property.

Role Overview: Ensure the upkeep and inventory of all hotel linens, supporting the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and record daily linen inventory.
• Manage and track guest laundry services.
• Oversee and maintain restaurant linens.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of staff uniforms.
• Coordinate with laundry services for timely cleaning and delivery.
• Inspect linens for quality and replace damaged items.
• Maintain an organized and clean linen storage area.
• Assist in inventory audits and stocktaking.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new staff on linen handling procedures.
• Assist housekeeping staff as needed during peak times.
• Monitor usage levels and reorder linens as necessary.
• Ensure timely distribution of linens to various departments.
• Handle special requests for linen services from guests and other departments.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping manager to improve linen management processes.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure linen rooms are secured.
• Prepare and present monthly linen usage reports .

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a lien keeper or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong understanding of property liens and financial management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
