Maintenance Engineer

• Supervise and coordinate electrical and mechanical projects, ensuring cost, schedule and design specifications are met
• Monitoring field work, taking into account relevant studies and contractual requirements
• Managing the Contractor's requests in accordance with technical specifications, budget and contractual obligations
• Monitoring of subcontractor facilities, evaluating their efficiency
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual project budget of the Technical Directorate
• Preparation of reporting for the entire heavy maintenance project of the HVAC installations
• Overseeing the implementation of all Health and Safety procedures

Requirements

• BSc/MSc Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Certification in project management will be appreciated
• 2-3 years' work experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of Autocad & MS Project
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Time and Priority Management
• Ability to resolve complex issues
• Organisational skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
