Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that our facilities are in excellent condition. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of premises and equipment

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues

• Responsible for the set up of office equipment

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently

• Ensure that all equipment is operating correctly and safely

• Replace worn or defective parts in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs and report the status to the supervisor

• Assist in maintaining an inventory of tools, supplies, and parts

• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant codes and standards

• Participate in safety training and drills

• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role

• Experience with a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical and plumbing

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays

• B1+ language level in English and Greek. Any other language will be considered an advantage
