Manager, Public Sector Management Consulting Services

As a Manager in management consulting projects you will lead in challenging and demanding projects for a variety of government and public sector bodies, in the fields of business processes simplification, design and introduction of e-government services, organizational/operational restructuring and transformation, IT systems improvement, capacity building and institutional strengthening, change program management, Program Management Office activities, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of various projects in the above fields
• Lead project teams towards the efficient and timely delivery of complicated assignments
• Create high quality reports and presentations
• Collaborate closely with client representatives to collect information on project related matters
• Research and apply best practices and benchmark knowledge on project implementation
• Leverage knowledge or prior experience to synthesize findings and to develop and present alternatives and recommendations
• Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any other related field
• Postgraduate degree in one of the above fields will be positively assessed
• 8 years of work experience, of which 4 years in the implementation of management consulting projects
• Experience in the implementation of consulting projects for public sector clients will be considered an asset
• Experience in process modeling using BPM tools (e.g., ARIS, ADONIS) will be considered an asset
• Ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team
• Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Greek and English
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High level of accuracy with attention to detail
• Fulfilled military service (if relevant)
