Task Description

• Design the brand identity of NIKI in coordination with the management.

• You develop creative brand and campaign assets (print and digital) and take on media planning.
• You are responsible for the display of campaigns and content across different performance channels.
• You continuously identify the latest channels to convey the innovative character of NIKI.
• You work on increasing the range and optimizing existing marketing channels internally and externally, identifying and evaluating new marketing channels.
• You are responsible for the social media channels, including content development and planning.
• You are the contact person and advisor for the departments and cross-divisional functions on communication and marketing and work closely with them.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in information design, communication science, media economics, or media science, focusing on marketing and communication or a related field.
• Initial experience in marketing (preferably branding) and digital marketing (social media, website design).
• Experience using tools to create print media and digital products (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress).
• Knowledge of monitoring channels with common analysis tools.
• Highly motivated and enjoying creative aspects.
• Awareness of the target audience.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and personal responsibility.
• Interest in the implementation of the NIKI topics and philosophy in marketing strategies.
• Excellent command of English and technical terminology.
• Enjoy working in teams and networks.

Preferred Qualifications
