Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan
• Maintain and enhance a solid brand strategy across countries and functions
• Create and distribute engaging marketing materials
• Coordinate an internal network of marketing liaisons
• Create key messaging and thought leadership principles to be used in relevant events and activities
• Develop content for various channels, internal & external
• Drive major external communication initiatives
• Develop and implement Internal communication plans
• Coordinate intranet content
• Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns for internal projects
• Oversee CEO comms and Leadership communication plan

Requirements

• 5 years of marcoms experience in B2B industry preferably with a focus on international tech market
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, ideally at postgraduate level
• Compelling writing skills
• Proven experience in content creation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of cross-functional teams and external partners
• Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms
• Fluent in English and Greek
