The Role
In this role, you'll play a key role in developing and executing our comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. You'll be co-responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing business growth, and ensuring a consistent brand image across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute annual PR, communications, and content strategies for our brand and hotels.
- Create and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant KPIs.
- Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials, including press releases, website content, newsletters, social media posts, and guest communications.
- Oversee brand and hotel website content and presence across all communication channels, including owned media and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials (collateral, direct mail, advertising, presentations, etc.) by working with external partners (creative agencies, designers, printers, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing technologies and social media trends, specifically within the luxury hospitality industry.
Requirements
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- In-depth knowledge and experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- A solid understanding of social media key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with video editing software and design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience managing website and email newsletter platforms.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A creative, innovative, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- A positive, team-oriented, and adaptable attitude.
- The ability to travel for scheduled trips to Santorini during the hotel's operational season.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
