If you are a talented Graphic Designer, a problem solver who can work their creative magic and are willing to take ownership beyond the obvious, then you are the one!
Due to the continued growth of our practices, we are now recruiting an in-house Graphic Designer who will be part of a tight-knit Marketing & Communications team which collaborates with multiple stakeholders and makes sure we deliver projects on time and at the highest quality.
Examples of tasks you will work as part of the team
Collaborate with our cool and diverse marketing team to bring visually stunning designs to life for a range of marketing materials, including LinkedIn posts, brochures, eye-catching banners, Instagram-worthy ads, captivating presentations, and social media / digital assets that will leave people in awe.
Create designs that not only capture attention but also align with our brand's unique identity and marketing objectives. Be a visual trendsetter and help us stand out from the crowd!
Work with industry-standard software and tools to create designs to develop high-quality designs while adhering to project timelines.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in design concepts, typography, and overall visual aesthetics.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest design trends and best practices.
Juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
What we are looking for
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field that shows off your passion for all things design.
2-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere ) and other rad relevant tools.
Fluency in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Strong portfolio showcasing (attached in your application) your creative prowess, your ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience in web design is a plus.
