Marketing Manager

We are looking for a brilliant Marketing Manager who is confident in both online & offline operations to join our young and dynamic team.

You will need to be able to use your skills and creativity to produce beautiful material according to strategy and brand. Domo Properties supports an integrated marketing approach with online and offline engagement across several touch points.

In short, you will primarily be assisting Marketing activities with the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and increase Brand Equity. 
• Coordinate technical and creative people involved.
• Research, forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Analyse data and evaluate the digital marketing efforts.
• Guide the design of online and offline marketing assets.
• Administer and monitor peripheral design tasks as required.
• Interpret and transform concepts into smart visual materials.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website/blog.
• Process various file formats and maintain materials up to date.
• Visualize and execute conceptual ideas within brand guidelines.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players.
• Maintain a strong social media presence and storytelling capabilities.
• Use creative ideas to tell our story through various media platforms.
• Coordinate with Sales & Support teams to produce effective strategies.
• Liaison with associates to determine needs and explain possible options.
• Provide support for various design functions and workflow as required.
• Identify and establish areas of marketing weaknesses to strengthen.

Qualifications & Competences:

• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or similar.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Budget-management skills and proficiency.
• Extensive or growing knowledge of the real estate market
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• A great understanding of Marketing and Visual Communication.
• Able to provide support and coordinate own projects on time.
• Able to work under pressure and meet certain deadlines.
• Outstanding computer and broad-spectrum digital skills.
