The position is full time and permanent, based in Athens.

As a Marketing Operations Project Manager , your responsibilities will include:

Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the Marketing Dept., including various governance calls and committees.

Prepare and monitor marketing requests and liaise with marketing, procurement, legal and finance teams. Resolve issues and shortcomings according to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Prepare and/or oversee the creation of information, based on internal and external requests, such as briefing documents, presentations, data insights, talking points, event briefings and media briefings with input across teams as required.

Collect and analyze data, in order to prepare reports useful in taking key business decisions

Organize internal and external meetings for the Marketing Department

Monitor the Marketing budget, manage travel and expense requests, PO approval process and the relevant documentation and act as the liaison between all marketing team members

Support Marketing annual budget plan and liaise with various teams

Oversee management of marketing suppliers, renewals of licenses and signing of contracts and liaise closely with Legal and Procurement

May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

In order for your profile to match the Marketing Operations Project Manager you need to have the following skills:

A master’s degree in Finance or Business with an excellent academic track record

5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally providing high-level executive support in a fast-growing environment

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across a broad spectrum of people.

Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of work at all times

Culturally aware with a global mindset. Ability to work across regions, time zones and different cultures

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with high-profile individuals externally and collaborate internally

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to complete quality work timely with attention to detail and the ability to successfully multi-task

Curious, fast learner, and flexible thinker who can consistently apply good judgment and make good and responsible decisions with a passion for continuous improvement
