Matomo Expert

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Matomo Expert to join our UniQue team.

As a Matomo Expert you will manage, analyze, and optimize the web analytics using the Matomo platform.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Set up and configure Matomo for optimal tracking and reporting
• Customize Matomo to meet specific business requirements
• Ensure accurate data collection through proper tagging and event tracking
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs
• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and business outcomes
• Identify opportunities for website and marketing campaign optimization
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to implement data-driven improvements
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to validate hypotheses and enhance site performance
• Provide training and support to team members on using Matomo and interpreting analytics data
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Matomo and web analytics

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Matomo expert or similar role in web analytics
• Proficiency in setting up and customizing Matomo, including plugin configuration
• Deep understanding of web analytics, data interpretation, digital marketing, and SEO principles
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Experience with other web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
• Certification in Matomo Analytics is desirable
