In the position of Mechanical Engineer, your primary responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment used in the production and packaging of pharmaceutical products. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality assurance protocols, and upholding hygiene and safety standards mandated by pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment used in the production and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize production and packaging schedules.
• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Ensure that all mechanical equipment and systems comply with quality assurance protocols, hygiene standards, and safety standards in accordance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Documenting all mechanical procedures, modifications, and maintenance activities accurately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or food production industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and be flexible with work hours as needed.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrated consistency, reliability, and professionalism in work habits and performance.
