Mechanical Maintenance Manager (Polytechnic School, relocation to Viotia)

Our Client is a world-leading manufacturer in the Oil and Gas Industry.

For their growing operations in Viotia, they are searching for a 'Mechanical Maintenance Manager' to contribute to the overall maintenance of their production process.

Your responsibilities:

• Follow Health & Safety regulations in accordance with the company’s policies and standards.

• Responsible for the implementation of mechanical maintenance systems, managing modification and improvement projects that continually improve the plant operation. The operational life of the plant assets will be maximized through timely and cost effective repair methods directed by this position.

• Manage the allocation of all mechanical maintenance resources in an effort to provide the most efficient and cost effective operation.

• Ensure the operational viability of the plant by ensuring the proper functioning of all mechanical equipment, through proper maintenance operations.

• Implement and keep all quality standards and policies as set by the company and machinery directives

• Manage and develop the Mechanical Maintenance personnel.

• Provide leadership to technicians in the repair and installation of mechanical systems. Oversee daily process problem-solving and measurement activities to ensure the continuous operation of the plant.

• Supervise and monitor new projects and investments for the department.

• Monitor the maintenance cost.

Your profile:

• Strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic School.

• 4-5 years of experience in similar roles.

• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
