Job Description - Medical Device Sales Advisor

Ommalite is a leading Ophthalmic medical device company in the that is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing innovative solutions for healthcare professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Advisor. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare providers.

As a Medical Device Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Ommalite's cutting-edge Ophthalmic medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitive products to ensure Ommalite remains at the forefront of medical device technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  • Generate leads and actively seek out potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about the benefits of Ommalite's medical devices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure proper usage and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in medical device sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to travel, as needed.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
