a driven Medical Representative. Medical Representative - Consumer Healthcare (5346/MER/ESS/GR) Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare industry, with a specialized focus on medical detailing to Pediatricians and Ear-Nose-Throat doctors in Attica area.
He/she will promote pharmaceutical product sales through effective interaction with HCPs, organizations, and Key Accounts to increase the awareness and use of the company's pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, specifically Pediatricians and ENT doctors.
• Identify and target key opinion leaders to promote the products and gather valuable insights.
• Conduct in-depth product presentations and provide comprehensive information.
• Implement sales action plans and key objectives strategies in the allocated territory, programs, and budgets of expenses for assigned products.
• Organize and participate in medical events, seminars, and workshops to enhance product visibility (AVs, Doctors-Pharmacy meetings, Advisory Boards).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product information and support.
• Implement digital projects and solutions concerning relevant products under portfolio provided, coordinated by Marketing and BU.
• Participate in projects regarding Business Development.
• Apply all internal company processes (CRM system, operational expenses, weekly-monthly programs, reports, etc.)
• Ensure the understanding and implementation of the code of Ethics.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
• Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a focus on medical detailing to Pediatricians & ENT doctors.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• In-depth understanding of the Pediatric and Ear-Nose-Throat healthcare segments.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
