and requirements of the position:Αs a Medical Representative, you will align the business in the assigned geography, by implementing the sales plan of your area of responsibility and collaborating with your team in order to meet and exceed sales objectives in the most effective and efficient manner.
The main responsibilities are:
•Engage and develop all relevant accounts/HCPs in the territory, in line with company strategy and customer needs, maximizing sales opportunities within the company portfolio for Oncology products, concerning Melanoma, Colorectal, Metastatic Breast cancer and Lung cancer.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets maintaining compliance with the company’s ethical and operational values;
• Build up professional and ethical relationships with all relevant HCPs (mainly oncologists, KOLs, hospital pharmacists or any other party having impact on the business) providing approved information (e.g. proper medical usage, dosage, SPC etc.);
• Ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with high ethics and compliance standards and all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
• Use effectively and regularly the CRM system, in order for valid data to be available and, thus, contribute to accurate reporting, and utilizes the CRM system to examine daily, weekly and monthly the work plans;
•Identify new opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business ;
•Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
•Attend marketing activities ,conferences, booth as required and regular department meetings to build in continuous feedback mechanisms;
•Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on products and communicate market intelligence to Sales and Marketing ;
•Demonstrate business acumen in segmenting and prioritizing customers in his/her area;
•Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops when required;
•Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
•Presenting reports and territory analysis on regular basis;
Who you are ?
The requirements for taking on the position include:
o University Degree in Life Sciences or Business;
o At least 3 years of experience in Oncology sales will be considered as an asset;
o Excellent and reliable contacts to opinion leaders in the relevant indications, within his/ her region is desirable
o Negotiation skills;
o Interpersonal and presentation skills; PC skills;
o Availability to travel;
o Problem solving;
o Advanced English language skills
