Job Description - New Business Sales Manager

THE ROLE

As the New Business Sales Manager across South-EasternEurope, you will be primarily responsible for the achievement of sales targetsin the territory assigned, and the implementation of the sales strategies asset out by the management. You also will drive the sales cycle from initialcontact to signing of the deal, and then maintaining a good clientrelationship, as well as take part in market analysis and relationship buildingwith senior management and key opinion leaders in the banking and financialservices sectors.

OPPORTUNITES
  • You will achieve New Logo sales targets established by theSales Director of the region, preparing and executing a territory sales plan inaccordance with Temenos strategy.
  • You will start and manage the full new logo sales cycle,coordinating pre-sales and other specialist resources as needed. Work with thelead pre-sales resource to ensure professional engagement with the prospect tofully understand their requirements, deliver quality proposals that emphasizeTemenos strengths.
  • You will negotiate or assist in the negotiations (dependingon the deal size), on terms and conditions of the sales and service agreements.
  • You will assist in market research and build perspectiveclient profiles with respect to their current systems, potential future softwareinvestments, strategies, and key decision makers.
  • SKILLS
  • You should have a proven track record of new sales andachievement of sales targets in the banking and financial sectors, plussubstantial relevant experience within the same domain.
  • You should be able to deal with people at all levels withinan organization and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decisionmakers.
  • You should have a good understanding of banking operationsand relevant processes (front, middle, back office), thorough understanding ofIT and software solutions.
  • You should have effective communication, presentation andinterpersonal skills, international exposure, and ability to be deployed acrossthe territory.
  • You should have excellent communication skills in English.Any other European language is a plus
