C. Pilyugin & Co LLC is a multi-disciplinary law firm which provides legal, tax, accounting and corporate services. The firm is based in the centre of Limassol, Cyprus and is looking for an Office Administrator to join the team.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reception and welcoming of visitors;
- Handling calls and routing them appropriately;
- Assisting with photocopying, scanning, printing, filling;
- Dealing with office maintenance services and suppliers;
- Office organisation , reporting and filing;
- Updating and maintaining records in Ebos;
- Assistance with bookkeeping and data entries where required.
Requirements:
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Fluent in English language, both written and verbal – knowledge of Russian Language would be considered highly advantageous.
- Experience of working as an office administrator in an office setting of at least 3 years;
- Proficiency in typing;
- Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Be based in Limassol;
- Office management and time management skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Being resilient and efficient;
- Being professional and trustworthy.
