Job Description - Office Administrator (Remote)

Are you an organized and proactive professional with a love for animals? Our company is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Scheduling: Prepare and manage daily and weekly schedules for our pet sitters and dog walkers.
  • Employee Management: Oversee and support our team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send accurate service quotations to potential clients.
  • Statistical Reports Preparation: Generate and analyze statistical reports to help improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential in this role.
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine love for animals and a passion for providing excellent service.
