Office Manager

On behalf of our client, a leader company that specializes in BIM and provides design and consulting services for the construction industry, we are currently looking for an Office Manager , to join their team in Athens, Greece.

Your-Day-to-Day

• Be responsible for the smooth operation of the office in terms of maintaining office supplies inventory and managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, packages, couriers, etc.)
• Provide day-to-day support of the management team. 

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Office supervisor 
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (nice to know BI & Monday)
• PC literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of basic financial terms in order to support when needed
• Able to read, write and speak in English
