- Collaborate with team members and external partners to achieve project goals.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management and project coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
Skills & Abilities:
- Very good at staying organized and handling many tasks.
- Can foresee issues and handle them before they become problems.
- Pays attention to details to ensure accuracy.
- Good at managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Works well with others and independently.
