• Collaborate with team members and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office management and project coordination.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek.

Skills & Abilities:

• Very good at staying organized and handling many tasks.
• Can foresee issues and handle them before they become problems.
• Pays attention to details to ensure accuracy.
• Good at managing time and prioritizing tasks.
• Works well with others and independently.
