About the Role:  Moosend is the ultimate email marketing and automation platform which automates personalized email engagements that build trust and foster long-term relationships. Our platform provides features such as AI-driven email experiences, commerce automation and build beautiful campaigns.We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Partner Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Moosend’s affiliate marketing program. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a knowledge of affiliate marketing. What You’ll Do: 

Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliate partners

Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to achieve business objectives

Collaborate with affiliate partners to create engaging marketing content, promotions, and campaigns

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for affiliate marketing campaigns

Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Generate weekly reports on program progress and monitor ROI for affiliate partnerships

What You Need to Succeed: 

Proven experience in automated affiliate recruitment, negotiation, and partnership management

Skilled in creating marketing collateral for product promotion, e.g., product comparison charts

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills in English 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart

Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and affiliate program management

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
