Partners Coordinators - Merchant Services

Euronet is seeking for energetic and sales - oriented Partners Coordinators to join the fastest-growing Merchant Services provider in Greece and embark on an exciting journey with us!

The successful candidates will play a critical role in managing relationships with third-party vendors and sales channel partners to ensure the seamless delivery of merchant acquiring services.

They will be responsible for coordinating activities, facilitating communication, and supporting the growth, performance, development, and expansion of the assigned channel network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding and Training

• Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate partners on our business approach, products, services, and best practices.

Partner Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and channel partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work together with partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Assist partners in understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.

Partner Coordination and Communication

• Facilitate regular communication between internal business/technical/operational teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to create co-branded marketing materials and campaigns that support partner sales efforts.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor partner performance and develop metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements and business objectives.
• Provide regular reports and insights on partner performance to senior management.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of partner management activities.
• Devise and implement best practices and operating procedures to improve partner satisfaction and performance.

Market Research

• Conduct market research to identify potential new partners and channels for growth.
• Stay updated on electronic payments industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in partner management, channel coordination, or a similar role in the payments, financial services, and/or software industry.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English (oral and writing skills).
• Must have legal right to work in the EU without any visa sponsorship.
