Payments Officer

Our top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for an experienced Payments Officer to join us and drive our company to new heights.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing, processing, and managing in general the full payments cycle.

Moreover, you will be part of our exceptional Payments team, with greater scope to make a vital impact on our company’s success and further development!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Processing operational payments for various companies
• Ensure that all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Communication with several bank institutions regarding payment issues and providing requested supporting documents
• Constant monitoring of the cash flows in each bank account in multiple currencies
• Perform daily Bank Reconciliations and update daily payment’s report
• Prepare multiple financial reports requested by the management
• Any other task relevant to the position

Requirements:

• 2 years of previous experience in a similar position (EMIs and banks) within the forex industry
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English is a must
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel is a must
