WE ARE LOOKING FOR

FXIFY™ is looking for a Payments Specialist to join our international team of talented individuals. 

As a Payments Specialist, you will be a part of the team focusing on managing and optimizing payment processes within an organization.

In more detail, the Payments Specialist will be responsible to:

• Manually prepare, review, and process payments, cash management, and remittances through the client’s online banking portal, adhering strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance, and regulatory policies.
• Check and approve payment, cash management, and treasury activities to ensure high-quality deliverables to clients.
• Ensure all payments meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with 0% error tolerance and timely delivery.
• Assist clients with account management tasks, including Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and payment reconciliation on Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Work closely with banks to execute client instructions promptly and accurately.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and globally, to ensure alignment and efficiency in payment processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective payment strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory controls and maintain a strong understanding of risk and security governance frameworks and processes.
• Stay current with trade finance rules, anti-money laundering guidelines, sanctions regulations, and related policies to ensure adherence to processing KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop and establish processes for payment operational workflows, overseeing transaction and account financial activities, and ensuring continuous optimization.
• Investigate and resolve settlement and account errors with global banking and payment service providers.
• Conduct system testing, integration, and automation of payment system management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a payment, cash management, and treasury operations role, with experience as a checker and approver.
• Minimum of 3 years in the fintech industry, preferably in cash management, product development, or payment agent/merchant business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, payment systems processes, networking concepts, compliance, sanctions, and regulatory policies.
• Knowledge of Risk and Security governance frameworks and processes.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
