Payroll Officer

We are looking for a Payroll Officer on behalf of our partner in Piraeus. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in Payroll. What you'll focus on

• Payroll and Social Security Contribution Management for the entire Group
• Handles the monthly payroll preparation and payroll execution in compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and relevant authorities.
• Preparation of analyses and verification of account agreements, as well as providing all types of financial information
• Auditing and monitoring the accurate recording of payroll, expense reports, etc.
• Collaboration with external entities such as OAED (Manpower Employment Organization), SEPE (Manpower Employment
• Organization), and NAT (Social Insurance Institute)
• Collection and maintenance of employee records

What we are looking for

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate of a University/Technical Educational Institute with a degree in economics/accounting
• Experience with ERGANI (Employee Register), issuing ADE (Employee Declaration Forms), and familiarity with EFKA & NAT funds
• Expertise in accounting knowledge (e.g., agreement with insurance funds and payroll)
• Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible thinking
