Performance Marketing Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Performance Marketing Lead to lead, grow and expand our Paid Search marketing channels. As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will have a critical role in developing and implementing strategies for our paid channels in all countries. You will also closely collaborate with our Business Intelligence, Branding and Product & Tech teams. 

Given the critical contribution of our Paid channel, you will be responsible for maximising the output and the contribution of this channel in all countries of Operation (4 currently) grasping full value out of innovations and optimisations.

About you

You have in-depth experience managing global Paid Search campaigns, leveraging data to achieve efficient results and working in conjunction with other paid media channels to drive conversions. You love to design and lead the implementation of Performance Strategies that can maximise business value. You feel comfortable leading an international team. You understand the importance of meeting objectives and you are able to go the extra mile to achieve them. 

Responsibilities

• Strategy: own our strategy for all media: paid search, paid social, display medial (Google ads, Facebook, instagram, TikTok, etc.) spanning all markets, from conception to execution
  
  
• Execution: Lead the execution of all campaigns by a hands-on example
  
  
• Team Management: lead, motivate and grow the existing performance team
  
  
• Performance maximisation and evaluation: Be able to navigate quickly from overall account to specific campaign details, identifying and testing new approaches to maximise the effect of the channel as well as evaluate its potential
  
  
• Reporting: be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimise all campaigns
  
  
• Budget Management: advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation

Requirements

• 6+ years performance marketing experience; including but not limited to search, social, display and remarketing
• Working in direct-to-consumer marketing via performance media in highly competitive industries such as travel, ecommerce, betting, local services etc. working for a digital media agency or client-side
• Proven and successful experience managing a cross-functional team as both a player and a leader, being able to perform tasks and manage others to the successful completion of a project
• Proven SEM experience managing large PPC accounts and heavy usage of Google Adwords Editor
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools e.g, Google Analytics
• Experience working with any other tools are a plus e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok, Bing, Pinterst, Reddit
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and high attention to detail
• Good communication and copywriting skills in Greek or Portuguese
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• You work independently, are result-driven and you show a high level of performance motivation
• Obsessed by driving marketing performance and ROI
