Salary: 1200-1600€ monthly gross (full-time), depending on profile
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our team (Business Manager, Director, Shareholder). The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing a wide range of tasks efficiently. This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain shareholder’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements & follow-up
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other essential documents.
Personal Support: - Assist with personal tasks such as coordinating personal appointments.
- Arrange personal travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Event Planning and Coordination: - Plan and coordinate events, both personal and professional, including meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and other activities.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and follow-ups.
Special Projects: - Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by business manager and/or shareholder.
- Conduct research and provide insights and recommendations on various topics as required.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in coordination.
