Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's busy schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Conduct research and provide reports on various topics as requested by the CEO
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion
- Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly
- Support the CEO in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar position with statistical skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, proficient in efficiently carrying out internal procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
