Personal Assistant to General Manager

Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit Personal Assistant to General Manager .

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for staff, guests and external stakeholders.
• Manage emails, phone calls and enquiries.
• Prepare agendas, documents and presentations for meetings and events.
• Manage office supplies, equipment and other administrative needs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and events.
• Keep minutes at meetings.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• College degree/diploma in Secretarial Studies and/or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
• Computer literate. Proficiency at MS Office.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
