Plumber

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems in hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment such as toilets, sinks, showers, and pipes
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely response to plumbing-related issues and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs, replacements, and maintenance schedules
• Adhere to safety protocols and comply with all relevant building codes and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and resolving any plumbing-related issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment
• Possess a valid plumbing license or certification
• Proficient knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
