The PMO Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting corporate projects to ensure the accurate delivery as per the triple constraints of time, scope, and budget, upholding all quality criteria through the project implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops project scopes and objectives, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
- Ensures the appropriate allocation of resources for project analysis and implementation
- Communicates in a clear concise manner with project stakeholders, team members, project managers, project sponsors, investors, clients, and c-level executives
- Establishes, configures, and monitors reports to track project and portfolio progress
- Serves as the Single-point-of-Contact for 3rd parties and Advisors
- Sets up Issues and Risk matrices and monitors closely the application of solutions and mitigation actions
- Supports and enhances project management skills within project teams as needed
Requirements
Education, Skills, Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field; Master’s Degree will be considered as an asset
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within the Banking or the Financial Services sector
- Possession of PMP, Prince2, or other relevant Project Management qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office Applications
