Job Description - Presales Manager

Our Partner is a leader in digital data solutions and high quality printing services for more than 100 years.

They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Presales Manager with a strong background in banking, transactions, or telecom sectors. The ideal candidate will focus on application and software-oriented presales activities, understanding their comprehensive digital products' portfolio, and engaging directly with clients. This role is critical in gathering business and functional requirements, delivering compelling presentations, preparing detailed use cases, managing technical bids, and contributing to the development of their digital tech offerings.

Mission

As a Presales Manager your mission will be to drive the growth and success of their digital solutions by effectively bridging the gap between customer needs and the company's technology offerings. Through expert understanding of business and functional requirements, compelling presentations, and strategic bid management, the ideal candidate will maintain and further enhance the company's position as a leader in the market. By fostering strong partnerships, managing sales channels, and contributing to after-sales activities, this role will ensure their solutions not only meet but also exceed client expectations, ultimately delivering innovative and impactful digital transformations for their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering:
  • Understand business and functional requirements from customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into actionable insights.

Customer Presentations:

  • Deliver engaging presentations on our solutions portfolio.
  • Conduct follow-up presentations focused on specific solutions.

Demonstrations and Use Cases:

  • Prepare and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Develop and present relevant use cases tailored to customer needs.

RFx Management:

  • Respond to RFxs, preparing comprehensive cost analysis and technical proposals.
  • Hand over detailed RFx documentation to the implementation team upon winning bids.

Content Development:

  • Create and improve solutions and use case-oriented material and resources.
  • Enhance the content of the company's digital tech offerings.

Industry Engagement:

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, showcasing our digital products such as KYC, digital onboarding, chatbots, etc.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Technical BID Management:

  • Oversee the technical aspects of bid management, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.

Partner Management (Nice to Have):

  • Engage in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare and sign NDAs, contracts, and maintain business relationships.

Sales Channels Management (Nice to Have):

  • Identify and select new sales channels.
  • Explore potential synergies and prepare sales pipelines.

After Sales Activities (Nice to Have):

  • Discover new use cases and manage change requests.
  • Support intra-group business development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a presales role within the banking, transactions, or telecom sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing complex presales processes and technical bid management.
  • Experience with digital products such as KYC, digital onboarding, chatbots.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with partner management, sales channels, and after-sales activities.
