The Product Manager is an important member of the Residential & SMEs product management squad. He/she is responsible for the Electricity product lines, regarding households & small/medium business customers. He/she has the ownership of a major revenue stream of the Company and a base of thousands of customers. He/she is responsible for the development of products that satisfy customer needs and ensure commercial success. He/she monitors market trends & competition and is always one step ahead. He/she acts as a product expert & ambassador that guides his colleagues in the area of his expertise.

What will you do:

• Develops products, strategies & tactics in order to achieve company objectives
• Understands customer needs, monitors competition and suggests innovative solutions/ products
• Develops policies related customer acquisition, retention & loyalty
• Manages product lifecycle & assortment
• Designs promos & campaigns for various sales channels (retail, face-to-face, call centers, online)
• Designs and deploys product marketing plan & activities roadmap
• Articulates product selling proposition & message to be communicated via TV, radio, online etc.
• P&L ownership for the assigned product lines

What will you need in order to succeed:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business/ Economics, Engineering and related fields
• MBA or MSc in Marketing is considered a strong plus
• At least 3 years of Relevant Professional Experience in product management/ marketing
• Experience in services marketing (energy, telcos etc.) is considered an asset
• Advanced Software Skills MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Professional English Level
• Strong business/ commercial acumen
• Very good analytical, synthesis skills and numerical understanding
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• A definite Customer-oriented personality
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
