Your mission
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on understanding the buyer of our products and services, and you will be responsible for developing the products’ positioning, pointing out competitive differentiation, creating marketing materials to increase product visibility, and enabling sales teams to achieve the business goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights that will influence product development and marketing strategies.
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging based on thorough market research, customer feedback, and understanding of industry dynamics.
- Collaborate with the product team to construct the product’s commercial dimension and influence its roadmap.
- Work closely with the sales teams and content marketing to develop impactful sales enablement materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and product guides that effectively communicate our product’s value.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Comms Manager to plan and execute impactful product launches that resonate with our target audience and generate demand.
- Work on strategic and ad hoc topics with the broader team, like the NPS process.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in product marketing or a related field, preferably within the fintech sector and/or B2B SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience in managing product launches and creating effective sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
